The beta

CarouselAI is in a free beta. Features may change, usage limits may apply, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We may introduce paid plans later; we will tell you before anything you use stops being free.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate information.
• Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account, please.

Your content

• You own the photos and text you add and the carousels you create. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to provide the service to you.
• Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, and do not use the service for anything illegal, misleading, hateful, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Story text drafted by AI can contain mistakes, including inaccurate facts or research citations. Review and edit everything before you publish it. You are responsible for what you post.

Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload, or get around the limits of the service, access other people’s accounts or data, or resell the service without our permission.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Keep your own copies of anything important; download your carousels rather than relying on us to store them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service. While the service is free, our total liability to you is limited to US$50.

Ending your use

You can stop using CarouselAI at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will try to give you notice so you can download your carousels.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
